Starting from Lavena Village, we embarked on a leisurely hike along a well-maintained trail. Along the way, we strolled past the dazzling white sands of Lavena Beach and the contrasting black volcanic sands. Immersed in the lush forests of the Bouma National Heritage Park, we admired vibrant flowers and native birds.

We connected with friendly locals in remote villages and marveled at the beauty of the Wainibau Waterfall. The trail also features a rope-assisted river crossing and countless beaches and lagoons, all set against the park’s stunning landscapes. Don’t miss out on this unforgettable experience! 🌊🌺

Just wrapped up an incredible day at Taveuni Ocean Sports! (@taveuni_ocean_sports) explored one of the world's most breathtaking snorkelling spots, right here in Taveuni. Known for its vibrant coral reefs and abundant marine life, Taveuni is a snorkeller's paradise, especially around the Somosomo Strait, dubbed the “Soft Coral Capital of the World.” 🐠🌿 We were mesmerised by the Cabbage Patch—a stunning underwater garden of cabbage-like soft corals, including the Sinularia dura species. Located on the Rainbow Reef, this site offers a shallow, easy dive, bursting with tropical fish and marine wonders. The unique formations of the soft corals truly live up to the name “Cabbage Patch.” 🥬🐟
After snorkelling, we visited Somosomo town, famous for being the hometown of Fiji's first president. We also explored Naselesele Village, home to Fijian rugby union player Selestino Ravutaumada (@selebucho ), and even got to see his parents' house!

🚴‍♀️✨This was one of the most fun days we have ever had on our trip.—@ibikefiji is a must-do in Nadi! ⛰️

This adventure transported us back to our childhood days, when we’d spend hours biking, losing track of time, and when bikes were our ticket to endless adventures. 💫🤩

We kicked off our journey with the dynamic duo, Lody and @tai.vilisi After some instructions, we began our ride with Lody to the first stop on the trail.
At our first stop, we pedalled along the trail until we reached the top of the mountain to see the majestic Sleeping Giant Mountain, which was simply a breathtaking scene.⛰️

The second stop was a few more challenging kilometres until we arrived at the magical “Sugar point” sugarcane fields!🍬

At our third stop, we visited a local primary school, and then—wait for it—we reached the mountain top where Lisi greeted us with super cold drinks that felt like a hug in a glass.💦

And then came the grand finale—riding back! We had so much fun trying out the e-bikes and hitting the turbo button, which made us zoom fast and laugh out loud just like kids! 🚴‍♀️✨
